About QUIET
Quest Unifying Interdisciplinary Education Trends (QUIET) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing cutting-edge research, perspectives, and short communications at the interface of education and adjacent fields. The journal is particularly interested in new studies, novel contributions, original work, interdisciplinary research, and research that signals emerging trends to guide future directions and actions in education and related disciplines.
QUIET journal publishes quarterly. The journal’s first volume (Volume 1, 2026) is published with a full waiver on Article Processing Charges (APC), making it free to publish for the launch cohort of authors.
Aims and Scope
QUIET journal welcomes qualitative and quantitative research that advances understanding of education and its intersections with other disciplines, including but not limited to STEM education, educational technology, curriculum and pedagogy, educational policy, psychology of learning, energy and sustainability education, statistics and data analysis in education, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in learning, and transport, logistics, and workforce-development education.
The journal prioritises manuscripts that are original, methodologically sound, and that identify or interpret trends likely to shape future research or practice.

Ethics Statement
QUIET journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics, in line with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal expects originality, honest reporting, appropriate attribution, and full disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources from all authors.
- Plagiarism and data fabrication/falsification are grounds for immediate rejection or retraction.
- Manuscripts under review or previously published elsewhere may not be submitted concurrently (no duplicate/redundant submission).
- All named authors must have made a substantive contribution and approved the final manuscript.
- Human-subjects research must confirm appropriate ethical approval and informed consent.
- Suspected misconduct is investigated in line with COPE guidelines; outcomes may include correction, expression of concern, or retraction.
AI Policy
Generative AI tools may be used by authors to improve language, readability, or coding assistance, but may not be listed as an author and must be disclosed in the Methods/Acknowledgements section, including the tool name and how it was used. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the content. AI tools may not be used to generate or fabricate data, results, or citations. Reviewers and editors likewise must not upload confidential manuscripts to public generative-AI tools.
